Who is your shipping carrier?
All Orders
are Shipped from the United States. We use UPS as our shipping carrier.
How
much does it cost to ship the item(s)?
All shipping cost
will be shown during checkout. And, it is on the bottom of the item detail
page. If you need exact shipping charge, please feel free to email
us at for accurate fees.
Also note that if
purchasing multiple items from us, we will send you an invoice with combined
shipping charges. Combined shipping is available on most products, the
software will automatically calculate for you based on the items that
you have purchased. It is usually a 10-15% discount.
What
if the item is damaged or lost? Keep
your original packing. Send us an email to awesomedeals911
with “CLAIM” in the subject line. Include your first and last
name the order was paid under and shipped under. Include your auction
or order number, address, phone number and what happened to your order
and we will respond with solution. Guaranteed against any defects. If
item is defective, buyer must inform seller within 2 days. Absolutely
NO REFUND. We do replace!
Please don’t
be mean to us, we have no control over UPS and FEDEX, you know how it
goes?
Since your satisfaction
is a priority, we do replace! All sales are subject to availability of
product. Any damages or shortages must be reported within two days from
when your package is delivered. You must keep all packing and shipping
boxes and materials or a claim cannot be filed on your behalf for damaged
items. Refund will be provided or substitute item offered if purchased
item is no longer available. Seller is not responsible for lost/damaged
packages if uninsured. All warranty service and technical support are
provided by manufacturer. If item is defective, repair and/or replacement
shall be via the advertised Warranty provider. We are only able to refund
shipping costs if a wrong item was sent. If an item arrives damaged, we
will send out another item via the same shipping method as originally
chosen, but we will not refund the shipping costs.
When
will my order be processed?
Depending on availability, most orders are shipped within 2 business days
from when we receive your payment.
Keep in mind that UPS Will not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses
and does not deliver on saturdays!

long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?
Upon authorization of your credit card, an order confirmation will be
sent to the email address you have specified. A shipping confirmation
will then be sent to that same email address upon shipment of your order.
Most in stock orders are shipped within 1 business day of being placed.
Delivery can take between 3 - five business days on US orders dpending
on shippping method. International orders can take 2-3weeks for delivery.

Will
you e-mail my tracking number once you ship my item?
Tracking numbers are e-mailed from UPS once we have shipped your item(s),
if you have not gotten the tracking number, please check your junk or
bulk e-mail folder (please be patient, you will get it when the order
ships). If your item was sent USPS please e-mail for your USPS Delivery
Confirmation number. USPS does NOT provide tracking numbers for International
Shipments
