The seller reached out to me regarding the cracked shoulder strap. She explain how she had used tarrango leather polish and that she was sorry she had missed the cracking leather strap, which I get since its a part that can easily go unnoticed. She agreed to do a partial refund. Besides the strap the bag was in good used condition. I can’t wait to find another bag from this seller. Shipping is very quick.

There was no paint applied only red leather polish as I have used for other bags and not a problem. I explained this to her. Look at the photos that shows all aspects of the bag.There was no evidence of the strap being cracked or painted. I even offer her to return it or issue a partial refund. She wanted to keep the handbag and wanted $30 refund which I gave her. It could not have had all these issues and she keep it. I feel there was no pleasing her even shipping it with a matching wallet! SAD
