Defective and Broken Items:

Any defective items will be handled through the manufacturer. Defective items are not the fault of Babyhaven.com and will be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty.

Items that are damaged in shipping will be replaced at Babyhaven.com’s expense. We will file a damage claim and have your item picked up and replaced. Please contact us within 7 business days of receiving the broken item.

Returns:

Babyhaven.com will accept returns for most items purchased through Ebay 30 days after delivery date. Any returned item must be unused, in the unopened box, with all labels attached, as well as including all packaging materials and instruction manuals. You must receive an RMA before returning your item otherwise it will be refused.

Because Ebay fees are usually around 10% you will be charged a 10% restocking fee for any return regardless of the condition. You will also be responsible for our original shipping costs which always vary from what you are charged. Please be aware that shipping large items like strollers can cost as much as $50 to the continental United States. You will also be responsible for shipping the item back to us. If the item is returned in used, damaged, or opened condition additional restocking fees may apply because we can’t sell the item as new. Some items including specialty, sanitary, feeding items, etc. cannot be returned. If you would like to know whether your item can be returned please contact us before you purchase it.
