30 Days Money Back and 1 Year Warranty

Return Policy:

We provide a 30-day Return Policy. We will give you a full refund for the purchase (excluding the shipping cost*) provided that the return meets the following conditions:

 
 
  • Item(s) are returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Item(s) are returned in brand new and resalable condition with original accessories and packaging
  • Accompanied by order receipt and signed return authorisation form

*Please be advised that Babytowns, will not cover any postage for returned products unless it suffers from a manufacturer's defect.
We will provide a free replacement for a manufacturer's defect. If any items are missing from the box, please immediately contact our online customer support.

Return Policy and Instruction:


If you suspect a fault with your product please contact us immediately. If there is an obvious defect and the product needs to be returned, please notify us by email, fax or letter and return the goods within 30 days starting the day after receipt of goods. We will offer a prompt replacement of the relevant components or if you prefer a full refund. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. We must be notified of the fault within 30 days starting the day after receipt of goods and proof of purchase and a valid RMA number MUST be provided.

If you cancel your goods within the 30 days "cooling off" period (30 days starting the day after receipt of goods), we will exchange it or refund your money (it also applies to products purchased as Christmas presents). In order to exercise your rights to return the good, you must send a notice in a durable form of your intention (e.g. by email, fax or letter) to be refunded or to be exchanged with another item. It will take between 7 and 10 days to process your return, but we will do our best to reduce this time. However, should you have obtained the RMA number form the process will be dealt as promptly as possible.

We reserve the right to deem the goods second-hand and make you an appropriate offer should any items not be returned in their entirety or in an AS NEW condition outside the 30 days after receipt of the parcel. Proof of purchase must be provided. Please note that software packages may only be returned unopened. Any cancellation made outside the 30 day "cooling-off" period may not be accepted.

During the RMA process, Babytowns will email you to follow up via email on issues requiring your clarification and agreement. If no response is received from you within 7 days, Babytowns will follow up with a kind reminder, followed by a 2nd email should no response be received on the 1st. In the event no response is received after the 2nd email is sent, Babytowns will send a 3rd and final reminder via email AND via recorded letter. Should no response be received within 2 weeks after the final email and letter were sent, Babytowns reserves the right to dispose of the RMA item(s) thereof.

Warranty (Not valid for collectibles):

Please Note: The 1 year warranty is supported by Babytowns.

In case of defectives found, only factory defects are accepted as the reason of return. We are not able to give you a refund if the defect is due to buyer's misuse. If you experience any problem with the product within the warranty period, please contact our dedicated Customer Service Representatives who will assist you until the problem is solved.

When you purchase a product from us, we promise to repair or replace it, if needed, at no additional cost for 12 months from your date of purchase (exceptions: loss, theft, or extreme abuse).

Return FAQ:

1. Do I have to pay delivery charges for returning goods to you?
 
A. The cost of returned items is the responsibility of the customer unless the goods are found to be faulty or delivered to you in error. A maximum of £7/$10 can be credited towards any delivery costs incurred. A technical diagnostic examination may be carried out prior to any replacement or refund.
 
2. How do I return my goods?

A. Please email us a request so that we can have an RMA number arranged with you, and provide you with a returns address. Items returned without a RMA number will not be processed.

3. Do I have to pay delivery charges for the repaired item returned to me?
 
A. No. We will arrange the repaired item to be sent back to you complimentary so long your item is covered under our 12-months warranty.
 

4. How long is the repair process?

A. The repair process is usually 28 working days. This time will vary according to each case and delays may occur if complicated repairs are required or if special parts are needed.
 
5. What happen if I do not complete an RMA form with my return goods?
 
A. We will not be able to process all returns good without an RMA form.
 
6.  How do I know if my returned goods in repair are being received by you?
 
A. You will receive an email from our Return Team confirming the receipt of your item. After which, you will then be updated once our technician has checked the product.
 
7.  What countries can I return the product(s) to?
 
A. We have repairing centers in UK, Germany, USA, Australia and Hong Kong.
