Would not hesitate to purchase from them again. I blame FedEx.... Seriously, what were they doing with the box for 20+ days? I ship through FedEx with my job and their customer service is only exceeded in "lack of" by UPS... behind the post office.

This seller misleading buyers. He did not provide pictures and a full description of the product that he was selling. Just a diagram. Therefore, for a buyer who used to get similar product in the past, was quite a surprise to receive a product with a missing essential part. The seller didn’t want to acknowledge that the part was missing. The whole experience dealing with that seller was very disappointing.
