 | A: We do accept returns on defective parts, and we will reimburse all shipping costs both ways. On parts which are not defective, we charge a $15 restocking fee. If you ordered the wrong part or find you need a different part, send us your model # and symptoms and we will do our best to help. |

 | A: We ship fast! See our feedback! We automatically send tracking information when it is available; it is not always available and USPS does not have true tracking. Our items nornally arrive within 2 to 5 business days. |
 | Q: How do I find my part number? |

 | A: Part numbers are found by researching your model number. If you are not sure of the part number you need, email us your full model number from the tag on your appliance and we would be glad to help. (Most parts do not have the actual part number on them.) Remember, all parts sell by part number only! Never by size or looks! |

 | A: On laundry, check inside the lid/door, lower front, or top of the control panel. On ranges, look inside the door, the bar between the door and drawer, or under the top lid. On fridges, look behind the toeplate, or anywhere inside including the ceiling . On dishwashers, check on the frame inside the door. |
 | Q: Do you test your used parts? |

 | A: We test all of our used parts to be sure they are functioning properly prior to listing them. Many of our parts are like new, we want them to last so you will come back for other parts! |
 | Q: Do your parts come with any warranty? |

 | A: All of our parts come with a 90 day warranty. The warranty only covers defective parts. (It does not cover incorrect installation) If you feel you have received a defective part, please contact us right away so we can rectify the situation. |
