All returns must first be approved through customer support (see contact information below). All items being returned must include original receipt, with a short note describing the reason for return. Please return the item to:

Defective & Damaged Items
We guarantee all our items to arrive safely and free from manufacturer's defects. Defective items, or items damaged in shipping, may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or full refund. Buyer is responsible for packaging the item according to the specifications of the shipping company (FedEx, UPS or USPS). Items returned to us damaged, and not covered by carrier's insurance (due to improper packaging), will be the responsibility of the buyer. After 14 days, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. After we receive the returned item, a replacement will be sent at our cost, or a refund of the purchase price will be given.
Non-defective items
Items may be returned in original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price of the item(s) less shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned in a condition other than "new" (without original packaging, accessories or with obvious wear and tear) are subject to a restocking fee to be determined at the time of receipt. Buyer is responsible for packaging the item according to the specifications of the shipping company (FedEx, UPS or USPS) . Items returned to us damaged, and not covered by carrier's insurance due to improper packaging, will be the responsibility of the buyer.
