| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:If for some reason a purchase is returned to me for a bad address, you change your mind, it does not fit, or you get a case of “buyer’s remorse”, my re-stocking fee is 20% of the sale price plus any and all shipping charges incurred. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes. If you plan on purchasing more than 1 item, please notify me. Once all purchases are made. I will send a combined invoice which will reflect the combined shipping discount. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:I work very hard to get your purchases to you as fast as possible. Most all purchases are shipped the same or next business day. And all packages are shipped with Delivery Confirmation. I can not be held accountable for the USPS Mail Service. And their delivery speed.

| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Most of my items are sold w/ Free Shipping. Other listings and heavier items are charged shipping (my prices are too low to pay for all shipping). Shipping charges are stated in the listing and are calculated based on the current USPS / UPS rate charts. |

| A:Yes. All international shipping fees will be calculated based on weight and destination according to the USPS International fees schedule. If for any reason the shipping charges are not located in the listing, please email me for the correct amount.

If you pay with a certified check or money order, remember I have to receive it before I can ship your purchase. Once payment is received, your package will ship the following business day. |
