Item appears as “shipped” but tracking number shows a message saying “waiting for the item to arrive to the carrier”. Delivery was supposed to be completed by April 27th. I have messaged the seller twice within the last 26 hours and haven’t receive an answer yet. Also, the item that I ordered wasn’t available as detailed. I ordered gray; it was available in black. Seller agreed to drop $20 for the inconvenience and that hasn’t happened yet neither.

The bat arrived in a very timely fashion. New and in very good condition. The problem was is that I gave it a try at the cages and didn’t feel like it worked for me.  I was under the impression that I had 30 days to return the bat. I started the process, and even took the package back to the post office, but then got a bunch of rude and nasty notes from the seller basically calling me dumb for trying to return the bat.  I have done so in the past on Amazon. Good bat. Bad seller. Period.

He took the wrapper off and took it to a batting cage and hit 80 balls with it and expected to return it for a full refund lol

Bought on the weekend, says label created on 2/5/24. Contacted seller on 2/8 asking for update since fedex had not yet received. No response. Contacted seller again on 2/9, still no response. eBay wants to hear about my feedback on 2/12. So here I am writing this because the package still hasn’t shipped. So overall, this experience has been negative. Seller doesn’t respond to legitimate offers and doesn’t respond when asking for updates. I do see them responding to negative feedback though.
