14 Day Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee Return. Please follow our warranty
rules inorder for prompt service. Any DVD or CD can be returned within 14 days
from date item was recieved. We charge a 20% restocking fee, and the original
cost to ship the product will not be refunded. It is the customers responsibility
to return all items to BeaconRockMedia.com for return. All item must be sealed
inside their cases. Please note we do not offer returns on video game products.
