It’s a gift for a relative so I had it sent to somebody else but they stated it was packaged well and looks brand new. I don’t want this to reflect negatively but my first offer was completely ignored. You are committed to the item for 48 hours and I never got a response or counter - it timed out. The second offer received a counter fairly quickly. It would be nice to have a quicker response even if seller is not interested. I would still give 5 stars and highly recommend. It shipped promptly.
