Dear customers, please be aware that we accept Paypal payments only. If you won an Auction or you have used BuyNow to have our jewelry – please be aware that you should pay within the next three days.
In case you miss to pay or you miss to send us an email explaining why you refuse to pay, we will be urged to send a complaining-note to eBay and post a negative feedback on behalf of your account.
Returning your item
Beldiamo Jewelry Shop wants to meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied or happy with your purchase, you may return the item for a FULL REFUND. We provide a 7 day return policy, calculated from the date you receive the item. There is NO restocking fee charged to our customers. Please, note that only the cost of item is refundable, we do not refund the associated shipping back charges or so. We will not be responsible for returned packages if lost by your mailing service. We recommend you to use a courier service that provides you a delivery confirmation number or tracking number.
Before mailing us back an item, please contact us at: Beldiamo.jewelry@gmail.com so that we can provide you the detailed return and exchange instruction. We will give you a Return Authorization Number. This number must be marked clearly on the front of the package and sent to us along with the original invoice. |
