What is our Shipping Policy?
We offer FREE SHIPPING!
Orders made on Saturday or Sunday or on a holiday will be scheduled to be picked and packed on the next business day.
We utilize Fedex Ground, UPS or USPS as the means of delivery. Depending on the size of your order it will be in the hands of our carrier within 10 business days. Depending on the distance from our warehouse we anticipate your item to be delivered to you within 3 calendar weeks from the date of order placement.
We only ship to 48 Continental US States. We do not expedite shipping at this time.
We will ship your items within 10 business days after cleared payment has been received. Please keep in mind we do not guarantee delivery dates as we depend on delivery services such as UPS, FedEx, and the USPS to deliver your order to you. We ship from various locations throughout the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide us a valid physical address.
My product has not arrived yet, what should I do?
Please contact us and we will get back to you asap. We normally ship products within 10 business days after cleared payment and valid shipping address was received.
What is our Warranty and Return Policy?
Tonermax will accept returns of product for the following reasons:
1.Product is defective or damaged
2.Non-defective goods returned within 30 days
3.Tonermax shipping errors
Your request for a return must be received within 30 days of your receipt of the product. Return requests will be reviewed, approved or denied and communication to that effect sent to you by email within ten business day of receipt of your return request.
If your return is approved you will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email. The email will contain an RMA Number.
Please make a copy of your original invoice and print the RMA Number on it and place it in the shipping container with the returned merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. With the exception of defective merchandise and shipping errors you are responsible for shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse at:

In the instance where you are returning merchandise you ordered that is not damaged or defective you will receive a refund less a 20% restocking fee.
Once your return has been received by the warehouse you will be given a credit for the amount of the purchase within 10 business days after receipt of return.
Items damaged in transit: MUST be reported at the time of delivery; a note must be made on the carrier delivery record.
After 30 days, consult the manufacturer for warranty information.
