We sell many different products through many ways. You will get the product's manufacturer's warranty. Every product company have different manufacturer's warranty. We sell brand new, refurbished, and used products. Some refurbished products have warranty, and most used products do not have warranty.

If you find a product purchased online from Best Price Break is not satisfactory, or arrives in defective condition, you may request a refund, a credit, or a replacement. You will need to follow the return policies below in order to receive full credit for your purchase. Each new and some refurbished & used product also carries a Manufacturer's Warranty, which you should read and follow beyond the 30-Day Guarantee period.
Sorry, but delivery and shipping costs to you and back to us cannot be refunded.
Return Policy
To return a defective or unsatisfactory product, you need to completely follow these instuctions:
1. Products must be returned in the product's original packaging. No writing, marks or damage to the packaging is acceptable. Do not remove UPC or bar codes. Do not send in warranty cards or deface any materials.
2. All pieces, including warranty cards, instructions, manuals, software, etc., must be returned in clean, original condition. Sorry, but any opened software cannot be returned.
3. Click here and request for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
4. Return shipping, at your cost, must include the RMA number clearly written on the outside packaging (you should return the product in the same outside shipping box in which the product was sent to you). DO NOT ship using the manufactuer's box only; you must use an outside box to avoid defacing the manufacturer's carton. If a product is found to be defective, you will be reinbursed for your return shipping costs, and the replacement item, if you choose that option, will be shipped to you at no cost, by the same level of delivery service of the original order.
Important: The customer holds the responsiblity for proper packaging of the product to be returned. The product must be returned via an insured carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. If the product that is shipped back to us damaged or lost, the customer is responsible to work it out with their carrier.
5. Write a note of your full name, order number, and the reason for return and put it in the box you are returning.

The refund will be the original sales order amount, minus the original freight charges. Once the returned product is received, inspected and found to be in adherence to these policies, a refund will be made within 15 days. If the product is returned and does not meet these criteria, it may be returned to you at your cost, or a restocking fee of 20% will be applied. We will not accept any returns after 30 days of receipt.
