Our Feedback Policy: Feed back is not a mighty sword to wield so that others may fear you. Let's be fair to each other. Negative feedback should be given to a seller only under extreme circumstances, and only after a fair amount of time has been given to resolve the matter with the seller. It is rare for a seller to cheat a buyer out of their money, but of course it happens. It is extremely frustrating for any seller to receive negative feedback from a buyer because they don't receive timely return emails, or they don't have their product in their hand within 1-2 weeks. Please allow a minimum of 1 month to resolve a matter with a seller, including involving Ebay and/or Paypal. Many sellers receive hundreds of emails a day, with many buyers demanding status on their orders after only a few days. It is sometimes impossible to return each and every email.
Our Feedback Procedure:
(1). We do not leave positive feedback on any transaction until positive feedback has been left for us first. This means that once you have received your product and you are happy with it, then we are happy that the transaction has been successfully completed. Buyers may refuse shipments, claim it lost, claim it broken, don’t like it because it wasn't what they hoped it would be, etc., and then threaten negative feedback as a way to intimidate a seller. So, the reality is that buyers can effectively create a negative transaction even after they have paid.
(2). Any unjustified negative, or neutral feedback left for us is automatically reciprocated, and the buyer is blocked from further purchases from us.
(3). If a buyer makes a threat of leaving negative feedback at any time during our transaction, or makes rude, cruel or hurtful remarks, that buyer is automatically blocked from further purchases. We choose to only deal with professional, courteous buyers.
