The Rod Holder Can Be Mounted to a Flat Service They Will Let Me Return the Item Which is NOT Able to Be Flat Mounted It Would Cost Me Over Half what I Paid for the Rod Holders to Pay for Return Shipping I will Never Buy anything from these Scammers Again!
