Excellent service - we had a situation the bag ripped with all the nuts and bolts had exploded inside the box and there was no way to understand what's missing since instructions are also not provided. Situation including photos were explained and shared and after several correspondences we were able to get to a resolution. By inspection , I am pleased with the full aluminum construction of the radiator and dual core vs the OEM part. It is a great improvement. Customer service is very responsive as well. Items were as described. I made a mistake and thought I was ordering a set of two, but it was only one (who sells only one car ramp?!) Even though I tried to fix my mistake literally within seconds of completing the order, I was told it was too late to cancel. I had to order one more for a matched set, and did NoT receive the buy-two discount I asked for. Ramps came fast, good quality, but left a bad taste, because now they were not a good price. Just be careful.
