I am rated by E-bay, once a month, on the 20th of every month, to evaluate whether or not, I should keep my Top Rated Power Seller rating or not.  This is based a lot on customer feedback, so when a customer doesn't leave a rating, within at least a 3 week period of receiving the order, this affects how E-bay feels about me as a Top Rated Power Seller.  I strive for the best customer service, plus 100% satisfaction with the product ordered.  It is very important to me, for my customers to leave me a rating after they have received their order.
