What about the charges obtained from the shipping calculator?
The shipping calculator gives you a general idea of shipping costs with limited options and the calculator cost is most often higher than the actual cost.
Now if you are more comfortable using the shipping calculator to obtain your shipping charge, no problem. Even for combined shipping. We just wanted you to know there is an alternative to using Flat rates and Shipping calculator charges.
Interested in saving money on shipping?
Shipping costs have become a huge deal. Primarily because so many people have been burned by high shipping charges. It never occurred to us to cheat folks on shipping charges. That's not the way we do business. It is our opinion that the buyer should have the option to choose the method of shipping they prefer, if possible. Pay the actual shipping charge which includes fuel surcharges. And have the ability to combine multiple auctions together without paying through the nose.
How we determine actual shipping costs?
That is simple. We package your item(s), weigh & measure the package, then find the least expensive method of shipping. Usually you will receive more than one option.

Here's how SAVING MONEY works:
I do not "Invoice" through the eBay system but from my auction management software. So you have to wait for my staff to Invoice you via email.
1. You must submit your name & address as a reply to our email notification at the end of auction. Using eBay's "Please send me total amount" email won't work. We must have your name and address when we request it at the End of the first auction won. Not several days later. Once we have your name & address supplied to us on our email form, you will not need to submit your information again. Our software program "remembers" you. Your name & address is how we find your goodies and group them together on a single invoice.

2. If you are bidding on other auctions & you want to combine
shipping , you must send us a note when submitting your name & address to "hold" your items while you bid. We will hold your items until you tell us to package. Every time you win another auction, we send you an updated list to review just to be sure we have everything correct. When you have completed bidding, email & let us know you want all your goodies packed for shipping.
If you change your mind AFTER we have packaged your items for shipping and want to add other items to the box, there is an additional $3.00 re-pack fee added to the shipping charge. It costs for the staff to handle your package twice.
3. When you tell us to package your goodies for shipping, we package your goodies, weigh the package and we find the least expensive form of shipping. The more you buy, the more you save. Combined shipping weights are much more economical to ship than just one item. We send you a total amount due invoice complete with a Paypal PayNow URL link. There is only a $1.00 handling fee on USPS and $2.00 on UPS added to the total order.
