PAYMENT DEADLINE
Payments MUST be
received within 7 business days from the end of the auction, irrespective of
where the buyer is physically located. No ifs, ands or buts!!!
We
may grant additional time to pay to those customers who contact us
immediately after the auction ends to notify us that payment delays are to be
expected for justifiable and legitimate reasons. Such extensions will be brief (typically 3-4 business days) and
will NOT be recurring (nobody will be granted more than one extension under
any circumstances whatsoever).
SPECIAL NOTE FOR CUSTOMERS PAYING BY PAYPAL E-CHECKS OR
BANK-TO-BANK PAYPAL TRANSFERS: You MUST format your payment in such a manner that its clearing
date (the date your payment finally CLEARS and funds are made available to
us, NOT the date you INITIATE your e-check) falls ON OR BEFORE the deadline
(7 days from the date of the auction). Please do NOT attempt to obtain
extension “on the sly” by dragging your payment clearing date beyond the
payment deadline or designating clearing date that falls AFTER the payment
deadline. It will NOT work! THANK YOU!!!

RESOLVING PROBLEMS AND DISPUTES
We treat all customers with due respect and
courtesy. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the product you have
received, PLEASE TALK TO US !!! Do not automatically assume that this is a
result of some premeditated malevolence or bad faith on our part. Keep in
mind that many items come from our personal collection and were acquired over
the years with specific intention to keep. While we thoroughly and
compulsively inspect ALL our auction items on at least three occasions prior
to the shipment: (1) when we acquire them, (2) when we describe them in our
eBay auctions and, finally (3) when the items are being prepared for
shipment, there is always a possibility - however small - that some minor
flaw or defect will elude us. We are only humans and we make no claims of
infallibility.
