GUARANTEE WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF THE RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE, NO
QUESTIONS ASKED. YOU CAN REQUEST A REFUND FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER WITHIN 7
DAYS OF THE RECEIPT.
The
only restriction to our full money-back guarantee is one item per customer per
order. In other words, if you buy, say, four items from us, you
will not be allowed to return all four, but only one (no bulk refunds will be
allowed), UNLESS more than one item is defective or unsuitable for use, in
which case all defective or flawed items will be eligible for a full refund. .We
consider "defective items" to be those having a fatal flaw making
it unsuitable for use, such as:
(A) Undisclosed crack or fatal
warp in the vinyl;
(B) Serious defect in
manufacturing or workmanship
(C) Skipping during the playback
which we did not notice, disclose or describe beforehand, or:
(D) Undisclosed thermal (heat or
sunlight) damage causing excessive surface noise.
For the purpose of our refund
policy, no other deficiencies will be defined or acceptable as
"defects": the scuffs, scratches and abrasions on the CD's or
vinyl's surface, if any, are ALWAYS noted and described in our auctions to
the best of our ability, and they are NOT considered to be defects.
We do not know how the purchased
item will sound when played by the buyer. We can only make reasonable
inference on the record's condition based on its visual appearance. The bidders should be
cautioned that every bid carries a risk that the purchased item will
underperform, or play worse than its visual grade may indicate. In addition, play-grading standards are utterly
subjective: one man's light, tolerable surface noise is another man's
unbearable, degrading clatter.
Our grading standards are not
subject to dispute or debate, either during or after the auction. Bidders who
have any doubts that our grading is up to their standards should either seek
clarification from us while the auction is still in progress, or refrain from
bidding altogether.
The bid placed on any of our
eBay auctions signifies that you have read our terms and conditions, this web
page included, and that you agree with our trade terms and policies.
We WILL inspect all
returned items for any alleged defects.
For all other disputed items and
claims we MAY at our sole discretion decide to grant a refund, BUT ONLY
as a credit toward the buyer's next bid or purchase; Sorry, we cannot refund return postage for returned items except in cases where the
returned item has a defect; only the NET amount of the bid will be returned. Still sealed items MUST be returned sealed in
order to be eligible for a refund !

IMPORTANT UPDATE OF OUR SALES AND REFUND POLICIES:
STILL SEALED
ITEMS: In most cases we do, in fact, know
for sure that still sealed album contains original, first pressings inside
(where we are not sure we will so state). In many cases, we will specifically
elaborate and document why we feel the still sealed album is the first
pressing. However, our refund
guarantee for still-sealed albums applies ONLY to those albums that
are RETURNED to us as STILL SEALED. If you have any doubt that what we have
shipped you is the original, first pressing, PLEASE do NOT open the
album and return it to us in the same condition it was shipped. Once opened,
the deal is consummated and the album is officially yours IRRESPECTIVE
of what pressing or condition you find inside. We will UNDER NO
CIRCUMSTANCES provide refund if the buyer disingenuously claims that the
sealed item contains something else inside. In essence, you can count on our good-faith
appraisal of what we believe you will find inside, but – sorry – we are not
clairvoyant. There is an element of risk involved in purchasing still sealed
items – particularly those older than 30 years. YOU, the bidder, bear
this risk solely and exclusively.
