As part of eBay’s DSR or “Detailed Seller Rating” system you can now not only leave positive feedback but also anonymously grade our service in detail regarding description, communication, shipping time and shipping cost.

Here’s how it works…

When you grade us 4-stars, it may seem like a great score, however eBay actually considers this a low score. Their standards require sellers to maintain the average of 4.8 and above or be penalized with higher fees, which will ultimately be passed on to the buyer.

In other words, anything less than 4-stars equals negative feedback for us!

In the event an item doesn’t fit we will gladly exchange it for a different size, however shipping charges will apply. Request your “return authorization” number by emailing us. All exchanges must be received within 14 days from the date you received your package.

Q. How soon will you ship my package?

A. We ship within 3 hours of receiving your payment, Monday-Saturday, no exceptions!

Q. Do you combine shipping?

A. We are happy to combine shipping whenever possible. Please email us to see if your order combination can be combined.

Q. Where is my delivery confirmation number?

A. An email will be sent from PayPal notifying you that your package has shipped, your delivery confirmation will also be shown. This email may fall into your "spam" folder so if it is not received you can find the delivery confirmation number by logging into your PayPal account and viewing the payment.

Q. How come my tracking number doesn't show any information when I track it at USPS.com?

A. USPS does not offer "tracking" services for Priority Mail. The number you received is a delivery confirmation that will be updated on the USPS website only after delivery is complete.

Q. I didn’t receive my package, now what happens?

A. Although 99.9% of our packages are delivered safely and on time, shipments do get lost. If a package is delayed we do have to wait for USPS to complete their inquiry before we can ship a replacement.

Q. I live in Las Vegas, NV. Can I stop by and pick up my item?

A. Unfortunately, we do not offer local pick up.

Q. Can you ship to a different address than the one on my PayPal account?

A. Absolutely not. Under PayPal's seller protection policy we are required to ship to the address on the payment. The address must be confirmed or verified by PayPal.

Q. Are your items authentic?

A. All items in our store are 100% authentic or double your money back! We are an authorized dealer for each brand represented in our store.

Q. Can I upgrade my shipping to an overnight or expedited service?

A. Yes, just email us your address before bidding and let us know how fast you want the item. We will get back to you asap to let you know how much the upgrade will cost.
