MAKING PURCHASES FROM US!
Please remember that our items are custom made to order and it may take up to two to three weeks to receive your item. We try to fill orders as quickly as possible and in the order payment and size info is received. Not providing size information along with your payment will delay your order and it will be processed when size info is provided, not when payment was received.
Once we have your item ready we will initiate a U.S.P.S. shipping label through Paypal which will then forward shipping information, such as date expected to ship and the tracking info, to you. Within 24 hours of delivering your item to the post office we will send a thank you / shipping confirmation email. Due to Federal online sales/shipping guidelines we will now include insurance on all of our sales, including international buyers.
If you have purchased items from us and have not received them...
The most likely reason your item has not been shipped is due to our lacking the necessary size info needed prior to shipping. We would have sent you, at the time of receipt of your payment, at least one email requesting size info but have not had a response from you. We save all size request emails sent, if you did not receive a request from us it probably went to your trash. We ALWAYS send a personalized invoice, size request if necessary, and a thank you/shipping note. We do not send a personalized payment receipt confirmation. We often hear from buyers that they have not heard from us, when we have sent them several emails, and have replied to their inquiries or we receive feedback reflecting lack of communication. We promise we ARE trying to communicate with you! Please check your item listing for size availability then send us an email with your size request and we will get it on it's way. Thank you!
Finally
Now that we got through all that stuff we would like to thank you for taking the time to visit our store. We offer many sizes and styles and try to show a wide range of items available, but in no way do we have every possible combination listed. So..... if you are wanting something that you do not see listed in the exact way you need it just contact us and we will try to do our best to accommodate. Most our items are shown on black clothing items but we also stock some other colors and do special orders for colors and/or sizes not normally stocked. We absolutely do not mind taking the time to arrange for special orders so please feel free to contact us!
