  Q: Are the items new and boxed?
 
  A: All items listed are brand new and come in the original boxes direct from the manufacturer. Any items not new will be clearly marked in the listing.
 
 
 
  Q: Do you combine shipping?
 
  A: All our items over £9.99 with postage are discounted to allow for UK Postage, for example: If the RRP is £40.00 plus postage, our price would be £34.00 plus UK postage £5.50 total price £39.50. If you add our postage and item cost together the total is still cheaper than the individual RRP of the item. Some larger items are an exception.
 
 
 
  Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
 
  A: All orders are, where possible, shipped the same day as the payment is received. Most items are shipped using Royal Mail second class post which normally takes 1-3 days to arrive. Delivery times are subject to Royal Mail practices and we cannot be held responsible for the length of delivery time once the parcel leaves us.
 
 
 
  Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
 
  A: The shipping and handling charge depends on the weight and size of the item. An allowance is made within the charges for packing materials and labour etc.
 
 
 
  Q: Do you ship internationally?
 
  A: We offer international shipping only on certain items. Please email for shipping rates if not listed on the item.

 
  Q: What if my item is out of stock?
 
  A: Due to the large amount of stock we hold sometimes an item is 'out of stock'. This is unintentional and only happens when the last item is sold in our retail premises and is not removed from our database or Ebay listings. When this arises we will notify you as soon as possible and refund any payment taken.
 
 
 
  Q: Can I collect from your premises?
 
  A: Yes you can. If you would like to collect your purchase then please email us with a time and date for collection.

  Q: Can you order items for me?
 
  A: We can order any item from our suppliers, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
