| A:We guarantee all our shirts and offer a complete return for credit or exchange for a different size. You MUST return your shirts within 7 days of receipt. Shirts that have been worn will can not be returned |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Yes - We charge $ 1.00 for each additional shirt shipped to the USA and Canada and $ 2.00 for each additional shirt shipped overseas. eBay will not automatically combine differwent shirt styles and sizes, but if you wait for us to send an invoice, we will combine shipping for you. If you PAID the shiping before the invoice we will send a REFUND |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We are a FULL TIME BUSINESS and your order will ship within 72 hours, usually within 24 hours. Single shirt orders go out USPS and take from 4-7 days to arrive in the USA
Orders of 2-3 shirts go out PRIORITY MAIL and you can expect them in 2-3 business days
Overseas orders are shipped Int'l AIR MAIL and take from 10-15 days to arrive. |

| A:YES, we offer FED EX Overnight, 2nd Day, and 3 Day shipping options from St. Louis. To get a quote on expedited shipping and to ship expedited, we ask that you CALL US at 800-444-1685 from 9-5 Weekdays, CENTRAL TIME.

| A:In our eBay STORE bowling-shirt-closeouts we have a CUSTOM page so you can see all of the sizing on our different shirts
In general our shirts are BOX CUT- no taper and are made with some extra room for comfort and even BOWLING |
| Q:I can't FIND the SIZE I am looking for in your store? |
|
| A:Generally, when a SIZE is not listed it means WE ARE OUT of that size. Sometimes, however, we run out of the inventory we put in the store and if you SEND us an EMAIL we will either re-stock the inventory or let you know we no longer have the SIZE you are looking for in that particular shirt. |
| Q:I need a LARGE QUANTITY - Can I get a discount? |

| A:Generally, YES, especially of you are buying for a SCHOOL or CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION. Your best bet is to eMAIL us and let us know how many shirts you need, what you want on the shirts, etc and we will get back to you |
