1. If you changed your mind and decide you want to return the products without a reason, Please email us within 24 hours of receipt of your order to: info@brands-2000.com. You may return it within 7 days of the original delivery date for a full refund minus shipping charges and minus 25% restocking fee. Each item must be returned in its original condition, meaning that it has to be unworn and unaltered, including but not limited to watches not being re-sized. It also has to be sent back with its original box - via fully insured shipment - and all paperwork intact. "Original condition" means that it must have no scratches, marks, or blemishes, and that its tags and protective stickers have not been removed. Note that dings and scratches will happen even if a watch has only been worn for a few hours. If you need to return an item, please email us at info@brands-2000.com - Please be sure to include the following information: Order #, Item #, Item name, Daytime and evening phone number - We will send you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.

2.If the item was received defected or if you received the wrong item, Please email us within 24 hours of receipt of your order to: info@brands-2000.com - You may return it within 7 days of the original delivery date - The item then will be examined by the manufacture. If the item is found defected or if the item is found as a wrong item - we will repair the item or give you a new item - and send it to you within 14 days. Pls. be aware that any claim like: "The Tritium not glowing bright enough" is not something that is covered under warrantee. If the tritium is not glowing on the watch at all it will certainly be replaced. If it is readable in the dark with all tubes equally illuminating it will not be replaced. The brightness on these watches is important because they are used primarily by military and law enforcement, and therefore cannot be incredibly illuminating because that will give away positioning. After you will get the RMA no. you will ship the item back to the manufacture - with 10$ check for CAMPCO to cover the shipping cost back to you. If the manufacture exam will diagnose - that the item is defected or that you got the wrong item – We will refund you for the shipping cost back to the manufacture (-limited to 10$ refund) and we won't use your 10$ check ( - We will ship it back to you - on our account).

3. If you have any problems with the item during the warranty time, Please email us within 48 hours from when the problem accursed to: info@brands-2000.com. you may return it within 7 days from the problem accursed - Then the item will be examine by the manufacture - If the item is found defected - according to warranty conditions - we will ship to you a repair or a new item within 14 days. Pls. be aware that if the item is found defected - not according to warranty condition - then there will be $60 charge for the exam and shipping the watch back to you.
