Basic Return & Exchange Information
All returns must be authorized by Brands on Sale before they are sent back. Refused, undeliverable, and unauthorized returns will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Refused or undeliverable international orders may be subjected to additional fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To receive authorization to return your order please call (800) 979-3156.

Damaged/Defective Items
Items which are received damaged or defective must be reported to us within 2 days of delivery by calling us at 800-979-3156 during business hours or anytime through ebay messaging (within the 2 day period). We only offer exchanges for the same exact Damaged/Defective items. We will only offer refunds if the item is no longer available or if there are other issues with current stock. We may or may not require you to return the item in question, please contact us for additional information.

Costume Returns
You may return your costume for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Your return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee (50% for international customers). Shipping fees are non-refundable. You may exchange your costume for another item up to 30 days after receiving it. You will be responsible for any difference in price on new orders and any shipping fees. Costumes ordered October 15th-31st are final sales. Please note that wigs, teeth, pet costumes, make-up and make-up accessories are not returnable.

Pool Returns
Because most items are ruined once they get wet, swimming pools and accessories are final sales.

Other Returns
Most other items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of you receiving it. Your return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee (50% for int'l customers). Shipping fees are non-refundable. You may exchange your item up to 30 days after receiving it. You will be responsible for any price difference on new orders.

Information about Refunds
If there is a problem with your order, we will do whatever we can to assist you. However, for any refund requests or questions, you MUST contact us within 60 days of purchase. If you have returned an item but have not received a refund, or are expecting a refund, please do not hesitate to contact us. After the 60 day period, we cannot offer any refunds of any kind, for any orders, or any reason. This is due to Paypal restrictions. If contacted with enough time before the end of that 60 day period, we can arrange for other forms of payment for your refund on a case by case basis.

Sales Tax
Items shipped to California are subject to California Sales tax of 8.75%. Items delivered outside of California are exempt from sales tax.

Our preferred payment method is Paypal™. If you would like to pay using a credit card, please contact our customer service department to process your payment.

International Shipments
Customs, duties, VAT and other potential fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for potential delays due to custom holds or regional weather impacting transport.
