A nice surprise was waiting for me when I opened the box. The seller had enclosed the inner gift box, a "sleeping or carry bag", a full set of hands to switch out, and the doll was professionally wrapped in bubble wrap. She had a plastic face protector and her hair was held down with a plastic band. The doll has a pleasant expression, but isn't smiling. She also has carved lips, a matte face and eyebrows.
