Most NEW parts carry a manufacturer's warranty against defect or failure over the term of the warranty, most cases 12 month. New parts must be returned to us so they can be checked. In most cases a new part will be issued, or if preferre, a store credit in the same amount.
USED OR RECONDITIONED PARTS
We describe parts to the best of our ability and in most cases supply part numbers. If a part is not as described, if it is returned within 7 days of receipt, we will give a full credit. If a part is incorrectly ordered and you wish to return it, we will give a refund less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
