We love to give feedback! We leave feedback when we know you have received your item and have had a chance to see that it is what you expected. We appreciate receiving feedback in return.

Shipping Information

Most of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, items are sometimes on back order. In the event that this should occur, you will be notified and be given an immediate refund. We apologize that we cannot control the manufacturers inventory and ask that if this should occur that you do not leave negative feedback.

We are happy to combine shipping on multiple items that can be packaged together. Contact us for combined shipping eligibility and total.

Insurance will be placed on any shipment with a value exceeding $50 USD. In addition, signature required will be placed on any shipment with a value exceeding $250 and the cost will be added to the shipping. In case of lost or damaged shipments we will require your cooperation in recovering the insurance.

Taxes

Brookfair charges 8.25% sales tax for items shipped to California.

Payment, Refund, and Return Policies

You have 7 days to make your payment, after that if we have not been notified for reason of delay, we will put the item back up for auction.
