RMA INFORMATION
Please follow RMA instructions below.
All RMA # are valid for 14 days from the issue date.
Parts :
Part should come back in same condition it was dispatched. It should come un damaged . We test all parts,we receive back as RMA.
All working parts returned must be paid shipping & handling again by buyer. We use professional LCD tester equipments & machines to test part before shipping. So In case if buyer receives faulty part. Damages might be occured during shipping or stocking process. If you feel you have received broken part. Please inform shipping company and us.
Shipping:
Firmly tape the lid of the box with packaging tape. Use a box large enough to allow for adequate cushioning material on all sides of the equipment.To properly cushion the contents of your package, wrap each item separately. Use proper electrostatic discharge (ESD) precautions. All broken parts or tampered parts received are out of warranty.
Important Information:
1. You should include your payment sales receipt with shipment. Please describe reasons of return.
RMA # is your : " EBay ITEM number"
2. You should mark your sales receipt # on box as below. Use BIG & BOLD LETTERS. We receive lot of shipments and so you must mark your shipment as below . So it reaches RMA Dept. Please include note why you are sending product back. if you dont put a note reason for return and what you want us to do with return. we will not know what to do. it is handled by human hands not computers. so please please please please include all notes.

Payment or Credit :
We try to clear RMA with in 15 working days. Shipping and handling is not refundable. There is no returns on Ebay Purchased LCDs. in all cases of return we will send replacement part. Once we clear up RMA we credit your payment. We will only provide credit of part in case replacement part is not available.
