This was as easy and painless as ordering from Amazon. The item was as described, in new condition, and well packaged. I received it promptly but unfortunately it did not fit my tool. I had to return it which was equally easy and painless. The seller immediately emailed a brokered return label QR image which I just had to show to the USPS agent who printed a free label and a few days later the seller had it back.
