| Q:Where is my order? |

| A:If your order is a preorder, your order is secure and guaranteed and is being manufactured by Motorsports Authentics in China.If we do not have the item, no one does. We will ship as soon as the diecast arrives. Check our feedback. We have been doing preorders for 6 years. Thank you. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:Yes we combine shipping for In Stock items with other In Stock items. Preorder items with multiples of the same preorder item. What we don't do is combine preorders and in stock items or preorders with preorders of a different item. These most likely will ship at different times. |
| Q:When can I expect my In Stock order to arrive? |
|
| A:Your In Stock order will be processed within a few days of payment. Check our email inbox for an email from us and UPS with a tracking number. Please track your package at ups.com so you will know when it arrives. Remember that we type the label then pack the box so the date the labels shows for shipment may be a day or two off. |
| Q:When should I expect my preorder to arrive? |

| A:We print preorders and mark them shipped when you pay. These then stay in our files until the item comes in. To check to see what is in stock click here for our About Me Page. When we ship the item you will receive a Quantum View notice from UPS. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:We ship to Canada. Please check the shipping and handling on the auction. We will consider shipping to other countries - email us for rates. |
| Q:I got the wrong car how could you do this to me!!! |

| A:Well believe it or not occasionally our shipping people screw up! Stay calm and email us with your userid, name and address and we will send you a return label to send the car back. We will then replace with the correct one. |
