I was sent the wrong part for my ATV and company declined to pay for return shipping. Told me I could return it but the shipping cost was more than the price for the item. That makes no sense. Attempting to make me feel as if I ordered the wrong part and refused to pay for shipping even when I told them it was in the same condition I received it. I attempted to work it out with them, but not going to work out. I will not purchased from this company again!

We shipped the exact item that was in the listing. It was fully described and the customers atv was a different model. The return policy stated the customer pays to ship the item back and we will refund. Yes it did cost us more to ship the item than it was worth also, but we stood behind our deal and shipped it anyway. Buyers please know what you need before purchasing.
