Item described as "Open Box" and new, but upon arrival it was missing several small parts and had very clearly been used previously. Seller initially promised to order missing parts and have them sent to me, but this never happened. Seller stopped replying promptly to messages requesting status updates. Upon discovering further misrepresentations, I requested & seller provided a partial refund, but I still ultimately paid five times more for "new" item vs used & 1.5GPM instead of stated 1.2GPM.

we refunded 120.00 as agreed upon when he asked us to, this sale is from October and refund issued November 6th no other messages and not December 11 a bad review and no chance to fix what ever issue was. sounds like buyers remorse. we would still be happy to get any part that may be needed,. we contacted MFG and were told they would be sent direct and never informed there was still an issue

Mrs. Black sent an email about the problem with the faucet late last night, then left negative feedback without giving us a chance to fix the problem. We had already returned her email from last night and let her know we would send out the part needed to fix this, even though it has a manufacturer warranty.
