Original feedback: This item was packaged in an envelope and bubble tape. The tube has been slightly cracked during shipping. This item really should have been shipped in a box.
Revised feedback: the seller harrased me about providing negative feedback. And tried to convince me to return the item so the feedback would go away. If any any time they would have said sorry that happened, thanks for letting me know I would likely have revised to positive feedback.

Beware of this buyer. They did not reach out to me with an issue with shipping damage before leaving negative feedback. They also refused to provide an image of the damage caused in shipping. The item was packed with plenty of bubble for protection, and they were offered a full refund return option.
