| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:All Laptops and Desktops are As-Is Auctions. All other material posted has a 7 or 14 day DOA. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:Yes, we combine shipping. Laptops $20 for 1 and $10 for each additional. Desktops no shipping discounts until you have an order of 5 or more. then it depends where you are relative to our location. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| A:We have four business days after payment to get the unit out the door. If you bought one, it goes priority mail, if you bought more than one it goes UPS Ground. That is where the discount comes in. |
| Q:Can I have the full model number? |
|
| A:If it is not on the description, we probably will nt get to it intime before the auction ends, sorry! |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |
|
| A:NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT YOUR FEEDBACK SCORE IS. Thanks |
| Q:When will you answer my emails? |
|
| A:We answer in order received. Hopefull this FAQ will lower the volume (currently about 150 per day). We are not ignoring you! |
| Q:What are your hours? |
|
| A:We work M-F from 8 to 4:30pm eastern time |
| Q:Why can't I pick up? I live so close! |
|
| A:For strick security reasons and to protect the privacy of certain military officials, we allow no local pick ups. |
| Q:Does the screen work? |
|
| A:If there is something wrong while we tested, we will note it. If nothing is wrong we note nothing. |
| Q:Wi-fi? Optical Drive? Battery Charge? |

| A:We do not test for this. Sorry. |
| Q:Sales Tax? |
|
| A:We are incorporated and so business in several locations. Sales tax is mandatory in FL, SC, NV, LA, and AZ unless you have a re-seller's license. Check with your State. If you have one, you will need to fax to 813-549-0868, ATTN: Michael Espada |
