Q: Will this item fit my car?
A: Please be sure to read our description very carefully before contacting us about fitment. We put all the information we have in our item listings.
Q: How do I check out and pay for an item after I've clicked on the Buy it Now Button?
A: After using the buy it now feature or winning the auction, You will be e-mailed a link to our check out page. You may also go to any of our adds and click on the Check Out Button located on every add. After clicking the check out button follow the on screen instructions for completing the transaction. We now use a 3rd party check out service to help us better serve our customers and to get items shipped out even quicker then before.
Q: I need a part that is not listed in your ebay store, what do I do?
A: Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org with parts requests. We are able to serve our customers much better through e-mail.
Q: I'd like a quote on freight shipping, Where can I get a freight shipping quote?
A: All of our freight Items such as Transmissions, Engines, and seats will have a fixed rate shipping amount for shipments with in the continental US. Shipping is to a commercial address with loading dock or fork lift or to the nearest terminal for pick up. All freight items must include a phone number or they will not be shipped. NO RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES. Shipping quotes are shown in every listing.
Q: I live out side of the US and would like to have a Freight item shipped to me, is it possible?
A: No sorry due to complications we no longer ship freight outside of the continental US.
Q: If I send you a money order are you able to wire transfer the remaining balance back to me?
A: NO we are aware that this is a scam. All bids and messages referring to this type of fraudulent payment will be reported immediately to ebay.
Q: I need to return this part due to fitment or damage, what do I do and where do I send it?
A: Please contact us before making any returns. All returns must be accompanied by a note giving a reason for return and the item number from your transaction. Any return sent back with out any information will not be processed.
Q: When do I Give/Receive Feedback?
A: Feedback is automatically left when feedback is received. We recommend you wait to Leave feedback until you receive the item and are satisfied with the transaction. If for any reason you have a problem or issue regarding your transaction please contact us first (email@example.com) before leaving negative feedback. We do our best to work with you and get any issues resolved in a timely fashion. If we dont' know about a problem we can't fix the problem.
