Item arrived earlier than expected and very well packed. The laptop was extremely clean and in VG condition for 10 years old. Unfortunately it booted but no screen image. I called them direct they said it was working when it left and may have had an issue during shipping. They insisted on refunding my money + shipping and told me not to bother sending it back, maybe I could use it for parts. Within 10 mins I was refunded.
