CAESARANDCLEOPATRA CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

1. You will receive 65% of the final bid price for each auction. We will charge and collect reasonable shipping fees and use the fees to pay for ebay fees and shipping and materials costs which will not be your responsibility. We take full responsibility for all collections matters and will deal with all winning bidders and all merchandise once we have it in our possession. We maintain low shipping costs as low shipping fees result in higher bids and more money for you and for us.

2. All auctions start at $.99 and run for seven days. We may use gallery or other features at our expense and discretion. You may also request additional services and features and the cost will be deducted from the final bid price ONLY if you request the services and features.

3. Any items not sold on ebay will be disposed of through other venues. We will make the choice of what to do with unsold/unsaleable merchandise. We may at our discretion pool all of the unsold/unsaleable merchandise into one lot and donate it, auction it, or sell it to our worldwide base of clients. This is 100% our choice of whether to pool the goods, sell them to our clients, or dispose of the items.. Also, we reserve the right to NOT sell any/all or part of your merchandise. We will dispose of any fake, forged, or altered merchandise.

4. You ship or deliver the merchandise to us. We’re not responsible for lost or damaged mail that we receive so purchase insurance or get tracking numbers if you wish.

5. If you or anyone else bids on any of your auctions and wins the auction you or the buyer will pay the full bid price plus our full shipping rate. The merchandise will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

6. We will pay you in any form that you’d like (minus bank fees for wire transfers, etc.). Paypal payments and checks will be free.

7. We will provide you with an itemized list of auctions and breakdown of prices and commissions charged.

8. Please feel free to describe your items and provide us with any pertinent information about the item. Helpful information may include: print run, if the item was a mail in redemption, describe tobacco card variation, etc. We will use any information that you send us to help describe the item. We will do all photography, scanning, and listing. We have 20 years of hobby experience that we will utilize when listing all lots. I am also a Certified Personal Property Appraiser (CPPA) which means that we are the logical choice to sell your goods because I have the training and the experience needed to sell your items quickly and a fair price.

9. We do have a priority order for ongoing consigners. Once you make the list your spot is reserved. This explains why all your auctions may not be listed sequentially. New consigners will have items listed within one week of our receiving your shipment.

10. We will use our expertise to maximize your profits by arranging your items in a manner that sells them for what we believe will be maximum value.

11. Generally, it takes about one month from the receipt of a collection until payment is made due to seven day listing period and ebay required 10 day waiting for payment period. For large consignments we can pay you as the items sell in several payments. For small consignments it is possible to have your money as soon as seven days after the items are received.
12. All consignors agree to hold harmless caesarandcleopatra in the event of any loss while goods are in our possession or in transit. The consignor assumes all risk of loss at all times.
13. ALL consignors will receive a legal contract from us that they must sign and return. All terms are clearly spelled out in the contract so please rely on the contract. Shipping or delivering the merchandise to us constitutes acceptance of this contract if we do not receive a signed contract back from you.  Thanks for your business!!
