Typically orders are shipped within two business days. Intervening holidays such as Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day, Veterans Day may affect delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days for a prompt refund on the amount you paid for the item (including tax, but excluding shipping expense). For instructions, call Customer Service at 1-800-366-3645. Please note: calendars must be returned with the original packing slip.
If you receive a calendar that is damaged, we will be happy to replace it at our expense. Call Customer Service at 1-800-366-3645. Please have your order number ready for our operators.
International Buyers Please Note: NO FREE SHIPPING. All international orders are subject to duties and taxes upon receipt of the shipment.
International customers may also be charged a fee by the postal carrier for the service of collecting duties and taxes. We are unable to estimate the cost of duties and taxes as this varies from country to country. Please check with your local postal authority to obtain a duties and taxes estimate. Heavier items, such as calendar frames and gallery calendars will often incur duties and taxes due to the weight of the package.
We are unable to issue refunds for orders that are refused by the customer due to duties and taxes. Most countries charge duties and taxes for orders greater than $30.00 US.
