- Are your items authentic?
- Yes! We purchase all of our items from major retailers and manufacturers here in the U.S and guarantee that all of our items are 100% authentic and genuine. Each and every one of our items is manifested and we have a receipt and proof of purchase for all of them.
- What does NWT mean?
- This means "New With Tags" and is used to describe a brand new item with the tags still attached. The tag may show previous markdowns.
- Can I shop by size?
- We list and sell thousands of items each week and our inventory is constantly changing. For your convenience, you can search our current eBay inventory by size, category, color or brand by using the search box that is available in each listing page, or by hovering your mouse over the menu at the top of the page.
Since our inventory changes daily, we cannot promise that we will have the exact same item or size in our inventory tomorrow. We sell our items for well below retail, so we are not able to offer exchanges. However, you may return the item and reorder the same or similar item from our eBay store if available. Please read our return policy for more information.
- Is the item true to size? How does it run?
- Sizing often varies between designers. Please refer to the Sizing Guide or the brand manufacturer's website for more specific sizing information.

All measurements are provided with the item lying flat on a table, and they are only measured across the item and not around the body.
- Can you send me additional measurements?
- Due to the overwhelming number of requests we receive for this, taking into account our large selection of items, we cannot provide any additional measurements if they are not already included in the listing. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- I would like to Buy-It-Now instead of placing a bid. How can I do that?
- If the item has a Buy-It-Now price, just click to purchase the item for the stated price. The prices are well below retail, and you don't have to wait around for the auction to end to see if you have won the item.
If no Buy-It-Now price is listed, please email us to request possibly adding one. Due to eBay restrictions, if a Buy-it-now price is added to an auction, it must be at least 30% higher than the auction starting price. In addition, we will only be able to add the Buy-It-Now option as long as there are no bids on the item.
- I live in a different country, can I still purchase your items?
- Yes! We ship worldwide with a few exceptions.
Due to international laws and carrier restrictions we cannot ship to some countries. If eBay allows you to place a bid or purchase the item, we will ship it to your country.
- Oops! How do I cancel my bid?
- To cancel your bid BEFORE the auction has ended, please visit eBay's Retraction page.
- I won an item, and now I don't want it. What do I do?
- Some items have bids from different interested buyers. In order to ensures that eBay only attracts serious and reputable buyers and sellers, we expect each buyer to complete the checkout for an item that they purchased.
Special cancellation requests can be emailed to us and we will consider them on a case by case basis.
- Can I bid and combine multiple items to save on shipping?
- Yes, we do offer combined shipping discounts. Please DO NOT checkout/pay for any of the items until you are DONE shopping. You have up to 14 days from the date and time of the first auction won, to pay for these items. In order to receive the discounts you must do the bidding from the same eBay user id account.
- How long do I have to pay for my eBay purchase?
- We offer a 14 day pay period from the date the auction was ended. If you are bidding on multiple items to save on shipping, the auctions must end within 14 days of each other, and the payment must be submitted by that time.
If you do not pay within 14 days, your item may be relisted and you will receive a non-paying bidder strike on your account.
- Can I pay with a credit card?
- We currently only accept payments through PayPal. You may also link your Bank Account / Mastercard / Visa / Discover / American Express cards to PayPal and use them as your method of payment.
- Can I mail you a payment?
- We are sorry, we currently do not accept checks, money orders or cash as a method of payment.
- Have you received my payment yet?
- Paypal will send you a confirmation email when the payment clears. If you have paid and have not received a payment confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.
If you chose PayPal's E-Check method of payment, please notice that it might take several business days for your payment to clear.
- Do I need to pay Sales Tax on my order?
- We only charge a 8.25% Sales Tax on orders that are shipped to Texas.
By law we are required to collect that tax and are obligated to remit it to the Texas State Comptroller once a month.
- How much is shipping for my order?
- Shipping rates are listed for every item on the eBay listing page.
- Can I ship to a different address?
- Sure, during the checkout process, specify where you want the items to ship. Make sure that if you are paying with a credit card, you have the correct billing address entered.
- How do I change my shipping address after I paid?
- We want to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible, and our facilities are automated to do just that. Once an order has been placed, we might not be able to cancel or change it. Please note that address changes must be made with a live representative and are not guaranteed. Thank you for your understanding!
- Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?
- Yes we do. Rates are the same as U.S. domestic.
- Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
- We will do our best to ship out your order as quickly as possible. 99% of our orders are shipped out within 1 business day.
If for any reason there is an issue with the order, we will contact you ASAP to make rearrangements.
Orders are only shipped during business days (Monday-Friday) excluding federal holidays. If you sumbit your payment after our cut-off time on Friday, your order will be shipped on Monday.
- My package isn't here. The tracking number says it's been delivered. Now what?
- We are terribly sorry about that! Here are some steps we recommend trying first:
Confirm that the correct shipping address was entered at checkout
Search your property thoroughly (sometimes the carrier will place packages in discreet locations for your security)
Check with your neighbors to make sure no one is holding the package for you
If you still haven't found it, please contact us so that a representative may begin a lost/missing package investigation with the delivery company.
- I received the wrong item. What do I do?
- Contact us through eBay messaging at any time or call during our business hours so that we may assist you. We will make it right!
- My order was damaged. What do I do?
- Contact our Customer Service Team. We ask that you please contact us before leaving feedback so that we can make it right.
- Why does the photo look different than the stated color?
- Due to differences in lighting, fabric textures, and your computer settings, colors can differ. We try to describe the color as accurately as possible. However, we are not responsible if the item color differs slightly from the color on your monitor.
- How do I return my order?

Please note: Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. All of the original tags must be included and need to be intact. We may refuse a return or charge an additional restocking fee for items that are returned in a different condition.
- Can I exchange my item?
- We normally do not carry more than 1 of each color/size, so at this time we do not offer exchanges. You may return your item for a refund and place a bid or purchase the new item as long as it is in stock.
- What kind of feedback should I leave at eBay for my purchase?
- We work extremely hard every day to offer the absolute cheapest prices for your favorite brands. If you look at our feedback rating on eBay, you will see what our other customers think of us. We are a very honest company and would never intentionally mislead our customers.
