Box was disclosed as being open. But one of the tubes contained within was opened as well. And this was not disclosed. A small, but noticable amount was missing from said tube. When I asked the seller about this, they wanted me to contact eBay right away and request a refund. And while I denied their request for me to request a refund. I'm fine with it. It was open. They tried to make it right. I have no problem with open stuff if I know about it. And when it's corrected.
