We accept for 30 days after you have received the item. You must contact us first for a RMA number prior to returning and items. Returns without a RMA number may be refused. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The items must be received by us in the same unused unopened condition they were sent in.
 
We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, installed, abused or broken. All items will be fully tested and inspected once we receive them back. Items that have been opened or are not in the original packaging will be assessed a restocking fee not to exceed 50% of the purchase price.
 
The return shipping cost is the buyers responsibility. We do not reimburse the return shipping cost. You can expect to see the the refund on your account within 3-5 days after we have received the item. This will allow us to inspect and test the item and approve your return.
 
RMA numbers will expire 14 days after they have been issued. Returns that have not been shipped in this time will be refused.

If for any reason your item did not fit your vehicle please contact us so we can get you the correct part.

If the item has been unclaimed or refused and sent back to us will be refunded minus any and all shipping charges incurred by us.

We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.

We ship 99% of our items sold within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. If for any reason there is a delay in shipping your order we will contact you and let you know.
 
Tracking information for your order can be found in your "My eBay" in your purchase history. If for any reason you do not see any tracking information please contact us so we can provide this for you. You can also look here for when you might expect to receive the items you purchased.
 
We do offer expedited shipping on most of our items. If you choose this service at checkout it will upgrade your shipping service to a faster one and it will also put your order at the top of our fulfillment list ensuring you the fastest possible delivery times we are able to offer.
 
If for any reason your item is lost or damaged during shipment please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. If your item for any reason does arrive damaged please contact us right away so that we can file a claim with the shipping company. Please keep any and all packaging material as these will be needed by the shipping carrier for inspection.
 
For our international customers, any brokerage, import, customs or duties are not included in the shipping you have paid. These fees are additional and are charged by your country to you for importing product. Please make sure you are aware of your countries policies and fees prior to purchasing.
 
Please note that although USPS usually updates the delivery confirmation number this does not always happen. If the status has not been updated and it is past your delivery window please contact us so we can issue a tracer for the package.
