This item was exactly as advertised: a brand-new OEM factory CDROM service manual. The seller shipped it within a few days. It arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. I had a few issues installing the software and the seller was very helpful with quick responses.
One note is: Do not change the default root drive and folder settings (C:/TSO) or the program will not run. The CDROM must be in the drive while accessing the program. The manual is amazing and well worth the price.

When the package arrived it was fully opened and the paper manuals I ordered were heavily damaged. The seller was responsive and asked me to send some pictures. The seller's response was both immediate and respectful. I noted that improving the product packaging could prevent the damage as a suggestion for the future.
