All the items came very well packaged and in great condition (individually wrapped) and came in two boxes. The instructions were not very clear and I made some mistake with the single chair screws (screw head thread was spoiled). So, I reached out to the seller (MCombo) and they responded to be very promptly. They listened to my issue and sent me the replacement parts (backrest, screws etc) at no cost and followed up with me throughout the process. Highly recommend the seller and the product!
