I ordered 100 lb solenoids because I found that the 50 lb solenoids were too weak. Seller sent more 50lb solenoids and tried to convince me that they were actually 50 to 100 lb solenoids and would do the job.
Also FEDEX reported that the shipment had been delayed.
When it finally arrived, the box was torn open and had been repaired sloppily with tape. Most of the contents were missing. All that was left was the two incorrect solenoids & one door popper.
I asked for a refund.

Seller VERY easy to work with.I also have to say how pleased I am with Seller when I discovered that I had a problem with one piece of the attaching hardware. Hardware was cross threaded, I asked Seller for a replacement, he was EXTREMELY cordial in his replies and actually shipped me a whole packet of the complete attaching hardware!
