Q: About caricature resemblance?
Answer:
(1) Photo: Your caricature's resemblance depends on the photo you send us. So, please send us more pictures you have. Also, please carefully read our photo specification at: http://www.osoq.com/help/photo-specification/caricature-photo-specification.htm

Q: How do you draw caricatures?
Answer:
All of the Osoq caricatures are digital images drawn with computer directly. They are NOT scanned in after drawn. Therefore, we provide much better image quality than traditional drawing. If you need to print out your caricature, we also offer large size and high resolution pictures to satisfy any of your print purpose. |
Q: Can I just have a caricature created of my head with no body?
Answer:
Yes, you can get a caricature of your face without body. When you place your order, please just leave us a message "head only". |
Q: About group caricature order for 3-4 people?
Answer:
(1) Yes, we can make 3-4 caricatures together on one picture as a group caricature order .
(2) Price: $18.50 x 3 = $55.50 or $18.50 x 4 = $74.00
(3) Production time: you order will be done in 3-4 business days. |
Q: Group caricature order for 5 or more people?
Answer:
(1) Yes, we can do the group caricatures for 5 or more people.
(2) What you will get: You can get group caricatures in one with a custom background. Also, you will get individual caricature for each person too. For a large custom background, it will cost $20. If you do not need to make all caricatures in one with a custom background, we will not charge this additional fees.
(3) Estimated Price: Caricatures $18.50/each x N ( Also, you will get 10% off discount )
(4) Your orders can be done within 1-2 weeks. It depends on how many caricatures you have ordered.

Q: About file format. I would like to order a caricature, but I need it in different formats, is this possible?
Answer:
(1) We can make your caricature in JPG, GIF, BMP, Adobe.PNG or Adobe.PDS formats. Also, we can offer you large size and high resolution pictures to satisfy any print purpose.
(2) Our artists use Photoshop to draw, and the .PDS file should be able to convert to Adobe Illustrator ".ai". But, to provide Illustrator ".ai". file format is just an exception, not conventionality, so we do not guarantee it will work well as other formats. |
Q: About pet caricatures. Can you do caricature of animals such as dog, cat or rabbit? Have some example of pets that you have done?
Answer:
(1)Yes, we can do caricatures of your animals.
(2) The price for one pet caricature will be $19.95 - $30.00 each. For a pet caricature, it takes our artist 3-6 hours to draw one, and it is much more difficult than we draw people's caricatures. This is why we ask the such price. Hope you understand this situation.
(3) Sorry, we have no permission to share any of our customer's files. So, we can not offer you more samples of the caricatures and their pets. Please do not worry, you may just order one caricature of the one of your pets. If you feel like it, you can order more. If you feel do not like it, you still can get 50% refund.
