Information on Returning Items

Please follow the steps below to ensure a fast refund. If you have any questions about our RMA processes please ask prior to shipping the RMA.

Step 1
After requesting an RMA # pre package item for return shipment to the carriers
(UPS, FEDEX, USPS, etc.) shipping requirements. (Note: Your refund will be delayed
and possibly denied if damage occurs during the return shipment).

Step 2
Print off and include the RMA sheet that was emailed to you inside the return
shipment box.

Step 3
Seal the return shipment and clearly write the RMA # on the outside of the box
with a permanent marker.

Step 4
Ship the return shipment to the address below. Be sure to put “Attn: Ebay
Sales” in the return shipment address.

Step 5
Once we receive the return we will inspect it, and issue a refund or a reason why
the refund is delayed or denied with in three business days.

Limitation of Liability:
Cascade is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the purchased product. In no event, will Cascade's maximum liability exceed the purchase price of the equipment.

Legal Jurisdiction:
All legal disputes concerning transactions between Cascade and users of this site will be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.

Sales tax:
Cascade charges sales tax when shipping to the following states: CA (8.75%), CO (6.4%), FL (7.0%), IL (9.0%), IN (7.0%), TX (8.25%), WA (9.5%), and WI (5.5%).  Tax is applied to the shipping cost for IN, TX, WA, and WI.  If you have a tax exemption we will need to keep a hard copy of your tax exemption form on file for our records.
