Q: What is your return policy?
A: Any purchase may be returned for any reason within the first 30 days after purchase. Cascade Asset Management reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for any equipment returned that is not found to be defective or misrepresented. 25% restocking fee for all as is items. All returns must have a RMA number to be eligible for a return. See our returns section for more details.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, if purchases are made within 7 days, and depending on the weight and dimensions of the items being shipped. Email us for a quote.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: We ship most packages within one business day after payment is received. Occasionally it takes longer depending on our shipping volumes and work loads. UPS tracking numbers are emailed once the item ships. Please contact us if you do not receive a tracking number or would like to know when you item will ship.
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: Shipping charges depends on the weight and size of the item being shipped and what additional shipping options you want. The buyer will also pay for packing materials.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Unfortunately at this time we do not ship internationally. We only ship within the US. Additional charges to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
